How do I find the right size for my neon sign?

Sizing depends on several factors: feasibility, wall dimensions, budget, etc. In 1000 random order surveys, we found 40”-60” is the most popular size option.

Can I order big/oversized neon signs than as listed on page?

We truly create any dimensions you like. The neon might come in several parts, so we will always make sure to pack your signs as safely as possible. We will indicate the cuts and where we advise locating the power cords, working with together to provide the optimal sizing for your large signs in interior design projects.

Will I get a design proof?

Your customized text neon design can be generated in our builder. Once receive your order, our designer will review the order details and arrange production. If changes are needed, our team will contact you by email within 18 hours after you submit the order and confirm the details

Will I have to pay taxes and duty in my country?

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment is made. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees. What if I don't like the product color?

Chromatic aberration is unavoidable due to camera angle, lighting, device display and other reasons. Please allow the color difference of the product. We do not offer any return / refund for chromatic aberration issue. If color match is necessary, Please Contact us at hello@nippycustom.com  for more details before order.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Contact us at hello@nippycustom.com  and send us detailed pictures of the damages, after reviewing and accepting your claim we will send you a new spare neon tube free of charge.
